# What can I do if I forgot my login details?

If you've forgotten your login password, don't worry — you can reset it in just a few steps.

### How to reset your password

1. Go to [app.niklaspedde.com](https://app.niklaspedde.com)
2. Click **"Forgot password?"** below the login button.

3. Enter the **email address** you used when you joined the program.
4. Check your inbox — you will receive an email with a **magic link** to set a new password.
5. Click the link, choose your new password, and save it for next time.

|| It can take a few minutes for the reset email to arrive. Please also check your spam/junk folder.

### Reset link not working or expired?

In some cases, the password reset link may show an "expired" error. If this happens:

1. Try requesting a **new reset link** — make sure to click it as soon as it arrives in your inbox.
2. If it still doesn't work, contact our support team at [support@niklaspedde.com](mailto:support@niklaspedde.com) and we will send you a **direct activation link** to access your account.
