# Why can’t I find my username on the Leaderboard?

Your username will only appear on the leaderboard **once you have at least 1 call booking** attributed to your affiliate link.

If you have already generated call bookings but still can't find your name, here are a few things to check:

### Troubleshooting

1. **Give it time** — The leaderboard processes a large amount of data and can take a few minutes to load and update.
2. **Check the date range** — Make sure the date filter is set to the correct time period. By default it shows the current month, so if your bookings were from a previous month, adjust the date range.
3. **Search for your ID** — Use the Affiliate ID filter at the top of the dashboard and type in your username to search for it directly.
4. **Scroll down** — Data within each column may require scrolling. Make sure to scroll within the individual columns to see all entries.

|| Still can't find your username? Make sure your **affiliate link username** matches your **CopeCart username** exactly. If they don't match, your data may not be tracked correctly.
