How can I change my email address?
If you need to update the email address linked to your account, our support team can do this for you. The platform does not currently allow you to change your email address yourself in the profile settings.
How to request an email change
Send an email to support@niklaspedde.com and include:
- Your current (old) email address linked to the account
- The new email address you would like to use
Our team will update it for you and send you a new activation link to log in with your updated email.
Entered the wrong email when purchasing?
If you just bought a course and accidentally entered the wrong email address during checkout, don't worry — we can fix this for you. Simply reach out to support@niklaspedde.com with:
- The incorrect email you used during purchase
- Your correct email address
We will update your account and send you a fresh activation link so you can get started right away.
Good to know
- Your login email is always the email linked to your account — if it gets changed, use the new one to log in.
- After the change, you will receive a new activation link via email. Use this link to access your account.
- If you are unsure which email is currently linked to your account, contact us and we will help you find it.
