My account was shut down, what can I do?

If your account has been shut down or your programs are no longer showing in your library, don't worry — in most cases this can be resolved quickly.



Common reasons


  • Missed or failed payment — This is the most common reason. If you are on a payment plan, a failed instalment can result in your account being temporarily suspended.
  • Technical issue — Occasionally, a system error can cause your access to be interrupted. This is usually resolved within a short time.



What you should do


  1. Check your email — Look for any notifications from CopeCart about failed payment attempts.
  2. Contact our support team — If your payments are up to date or you believe this is a technical issue, please reach out to us and we will get your access restored.
