Why are my commissions NOT showing?

Crediting commissions is done manually which can take up to 2 working days to reflect in your CopeCart account.

Please note you must use the same username for your affiliate link and CopeCart EU and US accounts.

If your affiliate username does not match your CopeCart Usernames, we will be unable to locate you and the commissions will not be credited.
