Why can’t I find my username on the Leaderboard?

Your username will only appear on the leaderboard once you have at least 1 call booking attributed to your affiliate link.


If you have already generated call bookings but still can't find your name, here are a few things to check:



Troubleshooting


  1. Give it time — The leaderboard processes a large amount of data and can take a few minutes to load and update.
  2. Check the date range — Make sure the date filter is set to the correct time period. By default it shows the current month, so if your bookings were from a previous month, adjust the date range.
  3. Search for your ID — Use the Affiliate ID filter at the top of the dashboard and type in your username to search for it directly.
  4. Scroll down — Data within each column may require scrolling. Make sure to scroll within the individual columns to see all entries.


Still can't find your username? Make sure your affiliate link username matches your CopeCart username exactly. If they don't match, your data may not be tracked correctly.
