What can I do if I forgot my login details?

If you've forgotten your login password, don't worry — you can reset it in just a few steps.

Enter the email address you used when you joined the program.
Check your inbox — you will receive an email with a magic link to set a new password.
Click the link, choose your new password, and save it for next time.

It can take a few minutes for the reset email to arrive. Please also check your spam/junk folder.

In some cases, the password reset link may show an "expired" error. If this happens:

Try requesting a new reset link — make sure to click it as soon as it arrives in your inbox.
If it still doesn't work, contact our support team at support@niklaspedde.com and we will send you a direct activation link to access your account.

This is a known issue that can occasionally occur. Our team can always get you back in.

If you're unsure which email address is linked to your account, please reach out to the customer support team and we will help you locate it.
