Can I get a refund?

Our refund policy depends on which product you have purchased.

To request a refund:

Include proof of purchase and the email address associated with your account
We will process your request and issue the refund

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

For all mentoring products, we have a strict 0-day refund policy. We do not offer refunds or cooling-off periods for any of our high-level mentoring offerings.
