I purchased your program but did not get access yet, what can I do?

In rare cases, it can happen that your account has not been created automatically after your purchase. Here's what to check:



Step-by-step troubleshooting


  1. Verify your payment — Make sure the payment actually went through. For bank wire or invoice payments, this can take 2–3 business days.
  2. Check your email inbox — Look for an email from Niklas Pedde containing your login details. Also check your spam/junk folder.
  3. Use the correct email — Your login email is the same email address you used to make the purchase.
  4. Wait a moment — Sometimes the delivery email can take a few minutes to arrive.


The email with your login details is sent to the email address you used to purchase. This is also your login email for app.niklaspedde.com.
