I keep receiving failed payment notifications from CopeCart
If you are receiving emails about failed payment attempts from CopeCart, here's what to do:
If your payments are up to date
If you have already made all your payments and there is no money outstanding, you can safely disregard these email notifications. They are sent automatically by CopeCart's system and do not necessarily mean there is a problem with your account.
If you do have overdue payments
If you have outstanding payments, please take the following steps:
- Contact your onboarding team member — Reach out to the person who onboarded you into the program. They will be able to assist you with updating your payment details or resolving the issue.
- Email our support team — If you're unsure who onboarded you, send an email to support@niklaspedde.com and we will help.
