Common issues
- Account verification stuck — Sometimes the verification process can take a few days. If it has been more than 5 working days, contact CopeCart directly.
- Payment method not accepted — Make sure your payment details are entered correctly and that your bank is not blocking the transaction.
- Payout issues — Ensure your account is fully verified and that your payout details (bank account or PayPal) are set up correctly in your CopeCart dashboard.
