Why are my commissions NOT showing?

Commission crediting is done manually, which means it can take up to 2 working days for commissions to appear in your CopeCart account.



Most common reason: username mismatch


Your affiliate link username and your CopeCart account username must be exactly the same. If they don't match, we will be unable to locate you and your commissions will not be credited.


Double-check that your affiliate username matches your CopeCart username exactly — including capitalisation and spelling.



Checklist if commissions are missing


  1. Wait 2 working days — Commissions are credited manually, so allow some processing time.
  2. Verify your usernames match — Make sure your affiliate link username is identical to your CopeCart username.
  3. Check the Sales Telegram channel — Confirm that the sale has been registered. (Join the Sales Notifications channel)
  4. Contact support — If your usernames match and it has been more than 2 working days, reach out to us at support@niklaspedde.com.
